The Perth Showcase on Down-to-Earth Strategies for Sustainability Advocates features strategic showcases from Nicole Foss, Canadian localization, energy and finance expert; Peter Newman, Professor of Sustainability at CUSP; and the multi-talented Adrian Glamorgan, sustainability activist, educator and author.
The Perth Showcase will be MC’d and facilitated by broadcaster and actor, Peter Holland, who has lived in the Jarrah forest, East of Perth, for over forty years, and is committed to sustainable lifestyle practice.
Not just your average speaker tour, Sustainability Showcase emphasizes audience participation, and concludes with a speaker panel session for converging over strategies for sustainability. Be prepared to participate and network at this event that intends to catalyze momentum for change!

Dear Eco Friends.
I discovered this tour through a post from Generation Alpha on Facebook, and after following the links, it lead me to this page.
I am an artist, living and creating in Perth WA, and have very strong interests in sustainable living, economic reform, political change, and the like.
Unfortunately though, I will not be able to attend the seminar in Margaret River, as the 5th of May is the second last Sunday I will be Artist in Residence at the Old Blythewood House Museum in Pinnjara as part of the Australian National Trust Heritage Festival which runs from the 18th of April to the 18th of May.
Why I want to get in contact you was originally to see if I could help in any way in regards to the seminar.
As I see now that this date clashes with my residency, I will not be able to attend or help out with the event, although I would still like to just say “Hi, This is me” and put myself out there as someone wanting to help, and in some way be a bigger part of this important movement, than I currently am.

The Hills Sustainability Group, which is based in the hills of Perth will be hosting Nicole in Perth, so perhaps this might suit you better than the Margaret River events.
We are busy planning several events during her time in Perth either side of the Margaret River sojourn, so stay posted for updates on venues, dates etc.
